Going Green in Music

Filed Under (1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade) by Mrs. Muench on 12-04-2013

Wednesday was designated Green Day at Iroquois West. Every class was challenged to use as little paper as possible for the whole day. In music, 3rd grade began figuring out a new dance using directions on the Smartboard. 2nd grade created pictures of instruments in the woodwind family using WordFoto on the iPads. Their work is posted on Artsonia. 1st grade began illustrating a book called Fortunately (based on a book by the same name by Remy Charlip) using the neuKidsDraw app on the iPads. Below are some pictures of the 1st graders working on their illustrations.
